Around the time Sherrie and I moved to Mexico, my friend Jason Miles and his wife Kathy moved to Lisbon, Portugal. Jason is a very talented musician, producer and writer who has recorded a number of his own albums, as well as collaborating with Marcus Miller on several Miles Davis recordings.

We got together online recently to discuss our lives as Expats, and our perceptions of life in America today, as well as in Mexico and Portugal.
Amazing interview. , I appreciate the viewpoint from two who have done it and benefitted from that decision. And the realization, for me it's not really retiring but opening that next chapter. I do not limit my residence to one country. When the plane touches down I thank God. Never burn your bridges.
